《想念的滋味》是一個參與式裝置。食物是不少人的快樂泉源，可即時滿足身心的需要。我們離家，到異地，進餐時自不然會比較兩個地方的食物異同，對家園和新處環境的認知自然而生，使我們更加認識兩地。文晶瑩用重疊的影像和文字去表達她對台港兩地的食物記憶，觀眾也可以用食物填色紙分享他們對食物的情感和想像。

“The Taste of Missing” is a participatory installation. Food is a source of happiness for many people and can instantly satisfy physical and mental needs. When we leave home and go to a different place, we will naturally compare the similarities and differences in the food between the two places. This comparison enhances our understanding of our home and the new environment, making us more aware of the distinct characteristics of both places. Phoebe Man used overlapping images and words to express her food memories in Taiwan and Hong Kong. Audiences can also use food coloring sheets to share their emotions and imaginations about food.
